Props™ Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your unused merchandise to PROPS™ within 30 days of the initial shipping date for a refund. The refund amount will be for the merchandise total paid, plus sales tax, but will not include shipping and handling. If you received free
shipping, a charge of up to $35.00 may be deducted to cover this expense. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged. It may take up to two weeks to process returns depending upon the return shipping service you use.

Shipping charges are your responsibility for any returns not involving damage or errors in fulfillment by Props™.

Return Proceedures

    1. E-mail Customer Service at customerservice@propsluggage.com to create a return.
    2. Customer Service will respond with the instructions to process a return authorization. Print the email and include with the returned merchandise.
    3. Send the merchandise in its original packaging by a carrier that will provide a tracking number and insurance. Risk of loss remains with you until the merchandise is received in our distribution center. Please forward the tracking number to Props Customer Service. Your credit will be processed as soon as the case is received by our distribution center.
    4. Please include the original packing list inside the carton. Or include your name, address, email, phone number and the order number.
    5. Items must be returned in brand-new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging intact. Please ship returned items to the address provided by Customer Service.
    6. The customer is responsible for return freight charges to the PROPS™ distribution center.
    7. Please report Damaged/Incorrect items within 30 days of receipt. We will verify the damage or problem and issue the refund of the total price paid for the merchandise (including any taxes and shipping).
    8. If your order is “Lost in Transit,” Props™ will process the carrier claim.

We make every effort to ensure that the images on our site accurately represent our products.
